 El Paso Electric is implementing a refrigerator & freezer recycling program. EPE has contracted with JACO Environmental, Inc. to schedule the pick-up and proper disposal of the appliances. JACO Environmental utilizes an environmentally safe process for recycling of the appliances. We will pick up your old refrigerator for free and we'll pay you $30 for it. EPE's New Mexico customers became eligible in August 2010.
